WOMEN'S SAFETY FOOTWEAR DONE RIGHT
For too long, women's safety footwear meant men's lasts in smaller sizes. TOWORKFOR's women's collection is developed on dedicated women's lasts, accounting for the different anatomy of the female foot — narrower heel, different arch profile, wider forefoot relative to length. The result is footwear that fits properly, supports correctly, and performs as intended for the full population of wearers.
EXTENDED SIZE RANGES
We offer sizes from EU 35 to EU 48 across our core range, with selected models available in wider widths. Workers who have historically struggled to find safety footwear that fits are a priority for us — both because proper fit is essential for safety and because they are an underserved market that deserves better options.
ACCESSIBILITY IN SAFETY
We are developing footwear solutions for workers with specific needs including diabetes-related foot conditions, orthopaedic requirements, and workers who require custom insole accommodation. Our deeper insole footbeds on selected models are designed to accommodate aftermarket orthotics without compromising the fit of the rest of the shoe.
INCLUSIVE DESIGN PROCESS
Our product development process actively includes wear-testing by workers from diverse backgrounds, body types, and occupational contexts. We do not design for a theoretical average worker and hope it fits everyone else. We design for the range of people who will actually wear the shoe and test accordingly.
