TOWORKFOR CARBONLIGHT is our proprietary carbon fibre composite toe cap technology. Carbon fibre delivers the same level of 200-joule impact protection as steel while weighing up to 50% less. The non-metallic composition makes CARBONLIGHT ideal for environments where metal detectors are in use — airports, secure facilities, and defence installations. Unlike steel, carbon fibre does not conduct heat or cold, keeping feet at a comfortable temperature throughout the shift.
