OUR TEAM IN PORTUGAL

TOWORKFOR is built by AMF — a family-owned Portuguese manufacturer with decades of footwear expertise. Our production facility employs skilled craftspeople who combine traditional shoemaking knowledge with modern manufacturing techniques. We are proud to support skilled employment in Portugal's footwear industry, which is one of the country's most important manufacturing sectors.

FAIR SUPPLY CHAIN

We hold ourselves and our suppliers to rigorous standards for working conditions, fair wages, and safe manufacturing environments. Our supplier code of conduct requires compliance with local labour law at minimum, and we conduct regular audits of key supply chain partners. We prioritise long-term supplier relationships built on trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.

DESIGNED FOR REAL WORKERS

Every TOWORKFOR product is developed in close dialogue with the workers who will use it. Our design and development team regularly visits workplaces — factories, construction sites, warehouses, forests — to observe real working conditions and understand the genuine performance demands placed on safety footwear. The people wearing our shoes have a direct input into how we design the next generation of products.

COMMUNITY INVESTMENT

Through sport sponsorships, partnerships with vocational training programmes, and support for local community initiatives in the regions where we operate, TOWORKFOR invests in the communities that support our business. We believe that a company's responsibility extends beyond its factory gates.
